Q: Is the Consortium related to the CAAS CFP for BVLOS Operations?
A: Only the Founding members are tied to the CFP Project. The consortium is now ready to expand beyond the CFP scope.

Q: Can individuals join the consortium?
A: Not at this moment. We encourage you to join the Drone Community instead (link).

Q: Will I be automatically awarded a BVLOS Operator Permit by joining the consortium?
A: All the drone operators in the consortium are applying for a BVLOS Operator Permit according to the concept of operations for their assigned flight trials. New consortium members who are required to apply for a BVLOS Operator Permit will receive the necessary support. Please refer to CAAS Advisory Circular UAS-2(0) for the full details.
